Navigating the Messy Middle: Have You Heard Our Podcast?

As we move through the first quarter of the year, life always seems to hit a whirlwind pace. Between my 1:1 coaching sessions, heading into the Google offices for workshops, and prepping for our upcoming Women Connect London event in March, I’ve been spending a lot of time talking about the "messy middle."

You know the space I mean. It’s that tricky, often exhausting terrain where you’re trying to navigate a career shift, stay present for your family, and handle big life changes without losing your own identity in the process.

It was exactly these conversations that led me to launch a podcast at the end of last year called Routes to Change, alongside my wonderful co-host, Noelle Hartnett.

What is Routes to Change?

This podcast is a project I’m incredibly proud of. It was designed for anyone who feels like they’re at a crossroads or simply needs to hear from others who are figuring it out as they go.

In every single episode, we ask our guests the same six questions about their relationship with change. It has been fascinating to see how a charity worker, a creative, or a fellow founder can face the exact same prompts and provide such wildly different, honest, and perspective-shifting answers.
